These plug-ins can be recognised by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile, the terms "Like", ''Love" or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the words "Facebook social plug-in". You can see the list of the Facebook social plug-ins and what they look like here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. Its browser establishes a direct link to the Facebook servers when a user accesses a page on our website containing one of these plug-ins. Facebook directly transmits the plug-in content to your browser, which integrates it into the website. The provider does not therefore have any influence over the extent of data Facebook collects using this plug-in and can thus only inform the user to the best of its knowledge: Integration of the plug-in means that Facebook receives information that a user has accessed a particular page on the website. Facebook can assign the visit to the user's Facebook account if he or she is logged into Facebook. If users interact with the plug-ins, for instance by clicking the Like button or submitting a comment, information relating to this is transmitted from their browser directly to Facebook, where it is stored. Should a user not be a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to discover and store his or her IP address. Facebook states that in Germany, it only stores an anonymised IP address. Please refer to Facebook's data protection policy regarding the purpose and extent of data collection, further processing and use of data by Facebook and the corresponding rights and setting options for protecting user privacy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. Users must log out of Facebook before visiting our website if they are a member of Facebook and object to Facebook using this website to collect data about them and link this to their Facebook membership data. Should you not be a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to discover and store your IP address.
Please refer to Facebook's data protection policy regarding the purpose and extent of the data collection, further processing and use of data by Facebook and your corresponding rights and setting options for protecting your private sphere: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

We can use this information to display Facebook ads. We wish to point out that as the website provider, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook.
